I attend Kat’s fortnightly Power Hour, Mindfulness & Meditation Class which I can’t recommend highly enough, you leave there feeling so much more positive and relaxed and with techniques and skills to help with the pressures of life. Kat is an incredible and knowledgeable teacher and in her recent class she talked about tarot and I pulled out a card which Kat told me meant that all that I needed would be provided to me. Amazingly a few days later, after my worrying about money and how I would struggle with paying for Christmas, I won a small amount of money in a competition which took the pressure off me financially for the Christmas period. I can’t wait to have a full tarot reading and feel so lucky to have met Kat and to be a part of her Power Hour family. Thank you Kat.
